The Théâtre Paradoxe is proud to announce its nomination as a finalist in the Arts & Culture category of the 2026 Gala UNIO, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Montreal’s Southwest.
This recognition highlights the work of an entire team as well as the evolution of a unique venue at the intersection of culture, events, and social impact.
Over the past few years, Théâtre Paradoxe has continued to evolve in order to offer an experience that is increasingly professional, flexible, and distinctive.
Concerts, corporate events, weddings, film shoots: the venue adapts and reinvents itself to suit the projects it hosts.
This nomination recognizes the theater’s ongoing commitment to innovation and raising standards.
Beyond its programming and events, the Théâtre Paradoxe is part of a broader mission led by the Paradoxe Group: to support young adults on their path to social and professional integration in the fields of theater and video.
Each event makes a tangible contribution to this mission by providing opportunities for learning and integration into the job market.
Rooted in Montreal’s South-West neighborhood, Théâtre Paradoxe plays an active role in the cultural and economic vitality of the area.
Being a finalist at the UNIO Gala also serves as recognition of the venue’s impact on the local community.
The winners will be announced at the UNIO Gala, to be held on May 28 at the Theatre Centaur.
