In the heart of Théâtre Paradoxe in Montréal, discover a professional recording studio dedicated to voice, music, podcasts, and post-production. Equipped with acoustically treated booths, high-fidelity recording, and mixing/mastering equipment, the studio is operated by a dedicated engineer. Ideal for albums, voice-over, and sound design. It can be combined with the video control room and the green screen studio for complete, integrated audiovisual capture.

The sound studio also offers a spacious, modular, and versatile space that can be arranged according to your needs: small gatherings, workshops, training sessions, additional dressing rooms alongside the Theatre hall rental, or headquarters for the organizing team. With available furniture and technical installations—including screens and audiovisual equipment—the space easily adapts to a wide variety of uses.

Audiovisual operation can be handled by our expert team or carried out in collaboration with your own technical crew.
The auxiliary kitchen provides a meal area, water access, a refrigerator, reheating options, and dedicated electrical hookups. It also benefits from direct access to the studio.
Use of the kitchen, its equipment, and dishware may incur additional fees.

Direct access for loading and unloading event materials and equipment: loading dock, freight elevator, and secured handling area. Coordinated scheduling with our team ensures fast setups and teardowns. Templates and dimensions available in the technical specifications.

The studio is named after Lisa Forget in tribute to an artist, collaborator, and dedicated administrator whose values and kindness deeply shaped the DNA of Théâtre Paradoxe and Groupe Paradoxe. Her long-standing commitment to Groupe Paradoxe’s mission of social and professional integration makes this studio much more than a technical space: it embodies a promise of quality, humanity, and mentorship.
