First Circle pays tribute to the legendary Pat Metheny Group. For one evening, the musicians on stage take you on a journey back in time to the era of the prolific duo Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays. The Montreal-based ensemble faithfully recreates the iconic works that shaped Metheny’s long and celebrated career, while allowing themselves a touch of artistic freedom. Close your eyes and be transported to the heart of the 1980s and 1990s through this atmospheric, timeless music filled with orchestral textures and epic melodies.
