SHOULD YOU HAVE 18 YEARS TO ENTER THE PARADOX THEATER?

The Paradoxe Theater holds an amphitheater license and not a bar. As a result, minors are allowed inside the room unless otherwise specified by the shows. Identity cards may be required by our staff for the purchase of alcohol and any minor who will be surprised to consume alcohol will be expelled automatically from the theater.

IS THE ROOM SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

The room is not yet permanently adapted for people with reduced mobility. . A temporary ramp can be installed for certain events. For more information, you can call 514 931-5204.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR?

Unfortunately, there is no elevator at the Paradoxe Theater yet, but we have access for people with reduced mobility. Please contact with us upon your arrival.

Is the cloakroom obligatory?

Yes, the cloakroom is mandatory for a safety issue in case of emergency evacuation.

ARE CAMERAS OR OTHER RECORDING EQUIPMENT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM?

It is strictly forbidden to use cameras or any other recording equipment during shows.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF TICKETS?

If the tickets were purchased by phone, online or at the theater box office, you must contact our ticket office at 514 931-5204 ext. 201. Reprint fees may apply.

AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR A SHOW?

The doors of the Theater open one hour before the beginning of the show. In order not to delay the start of the show we ask you to arrive at least half an hour before.
